Child Find & Kindergarten Registration

Century Elementary School will hold their annual �

Kindergarten Registration and Child Find

Screening on March 5th and 6th.

All students going to kindergarten in the fall should

register on these days. In addition to registration, children

will be screened for hearing, vision and readiness skills.

The Child Find Screening is for children ages 0-5 years old.

Child and Family Connection will be here to screen any 0-3

year old on March 5th only from 11:00 a.m. � 3:00 p.m.

Southern Seven Head Start will be here both days from 8:30 a.m. � 10:00 a.m. for Early Head Start and Traditional Head Start Registration.

Appointments need to be made by calling 845-3572

between now and March 4th. Please bring your child�s birth

certificate (from vital statistics office), and immunization record to the screening. Students entering

kindergarten will need a health physical, eye exam and dental

exam prior to the start of the school year.
